Providing remote access to XML-RPC interface
--------------------------------------------
Debian (unlike upstream) use stunnel more directly for securing remote
access to the XML-RPC service. Unfortunately the Debian stunnel4 package
does not enable the daemon by default - the file `/etc/default/stunnel4`
neds to be manually edited and the stunnel4 service restartet.
Access via "localhost" need no tunneling and works out-of-the-box.
