<p>The toolbar provides easy access to features like zooming and rotating. You
can hide it if you find it distracting or it it takes up too much room,
however.</p>

<title>Show or hide the toolbar</title>
<p>To toggle whether the toolbar is displayed or not, click <guiseq><gui>View</gui><gui>Toolbar</gui></guiseq>.</p>

<title>Add, remove and rearrange the tools in the toolbar.</title>
<p>By default, the toolbar contains only a basic set of tools. You can add
useful extra ones by modifying the toolbar:</p>

<p>Make sure that the toolbar is not hidden.</p>

<p>Click <guiseq><gui>Edit</gui><gui>Toolbar</gui></guiseq>.</p>
<p>The <gui>toolbar editor</gui> contains the items that are not in the
toolbar (see the picture, below). There is also a separator that you can use to group toolbar items
together.</p>

<p>To <em>add</em> new items to the toolbar, drag them from the toolbar editor to the toolbar.</p>
<p>To <em>rearrange</em> items on the toolbar, drag them to a new position.</p>
<p>You can <em>remove</em> items from the toolbar by dragging them from the toolbar
to the toolbar editor.</p>

<p>When you have finish editing the toolbar, click <gui>Close</gui> in the toolbar editor window.</p>

<p>To reset the toolbar to its default settings, click <gui>Reset
to Default</gui> in the editor window.</p>
