<title>Introducció</title>
<p><app>Cheese</app> is a webcam application that lets you take photos and
record videos using your webcam. You can take multiple photos in quick
succession using the <link xref="burst-mode"><gui>Burst</gui> mode</link> and
apply <link xref="effects-apply">special <gui>Effects</gui></link> to add a
personal touch to them.</p>
<p>Per defecte, el <app>Cheese</app> s'inicia en <gui>Mode foto</gui>, preparat per <link xref="take-photo">fer una foto</link>. Heu de canviar-lo a al <gui>Mode vídeo</gui> per <link xref="record-video">enregistrar un vídeo</link> o al <gui>Mode seqüència</gui> per <link xref="burst-mode">fer diverses fotos de cop</link>.</p>
<p>El <app>Cheese</app> funciona amb la majoria de càmeres web, però les més antigues poden presentar problemes de compatibilitat.</p>
