Mesh Array is a compact encoding of a generalized notion of
a regular grid of connections. It is frequently used to describe
a rectangular grid of connections as a product of Path Arrays;
in such a case, it is generally more convenient to use

Array encodes multidimensional regularity of connections. It is a product of
connection Arrays. The product is a set of interpolation elements where
the product has one interpolation element for each pair of interpolation
elements in the two multiplicands, and the number of sample points
in each interpolation element is the product of the number of
sample points in each of the multiplicands' interpolation elements. A Mesh
Array is specified by a list of #!F-adobe-times-bold-r-normal--18* term #!EF clauses
naming the Arrays that form the product. The last term varies
