<p>In <a class="link" href="InfSimulatedConnection.html#INF-SIMULATED-CONNECTION-IO-CONTROLLED:CAPS"><code class="literal">INF_SIMULATED_CONNECTION_IO_CONTROLLED</code></a> mode, messages are queued and
received by the target as soon as a dispatch handler (see
