These are hypertext versions of the PostScript documentation. I do not
know of any truly general conventions for where to install them, but
/usr/local/share/Raster3D/html is the default I use in Makefile.template.

These are files to support a cascading-stylesheet format for the html
documentation files. They should go in the same directory as the other
files (I think, but it's possible you need to put them somewhere else
on your web server).
