An <strong >FBB::level</strong> object is used to change the log-level of <strong >FBB::Log</strong>
objects. It may be inserted into an empty <strong >FBB::Log</strong> object (i.e.,
immediately before a time stamp might be inserted by the <strong >FBB::Log</strong> object
itself). This is the case after terminating a log message using a
<em >std::endl</em> or <em >\n</em> character.

object. In that case the value stored in the <strong >FBB::level</strong> object is used to
set the <strong >FBB::Log</strong> object's next message level. If the <strong >std::ostream</strong>
object is not an <strong >FBB::Log</strong> object or if the object is not empty, the
function returns <strong >str</strong> without further action.
