This package can be tested by executing
sh installation-test
in order to confirm its integrity.
To test manually, provide multiple sequence alignment file in one of supported
formats and run like this:
rate4site -s <your alignment file>
Refer to `man rate4site` to see other available parameters and list of
supported file formats.
