This package contains support for Czech language in Festival. But it doesn't
contain Czech voice that is also needed to make Festival speak Czech. Czech
diphone voice must be installed separately, you can find it at
http://www.freebsoft.org/pub/projects/festival-czech-diphone-database/ .
Czech diphone voice is not included in Debian because its source package is
very large.
