With each request the <a class="link" href="libepc-1.0-publisher.html#EpcPublisher"><span class="type">EpcPublisher</span></a> verifies access authorization by calling
the <a class="link" href="libepc-1.0-auth-context.html#EpcAuthHandler" title="EpcAuthHandler ()"><span class="type">EpcAuthHandler</span></a> registered for the key in question, if any. Information about
that process is stored in the <a class="link" href="libepc-1.0-auth-context.html#EpcAuthContext" title="EpcAuthContext"><span class="type">EpcAuthContext</span></a> structure.
