You can conduct your search:
</p>
<ul>
<li class="level1"><div class="li"> on brand name of the drugs,</div>
</li>
<li class="level1"><div class="li"> on their chemical content (molecules)</div>
</li>
<li class="level1"><div class="li"> or the INN (International Nonproprietary Names).</div>
</li>
</ul>

To change the search method, you can use two ways:
</p>
<ul>
<li class="level1"><div class="li"> in the drugs&#039; search line edit, click the button left and select the method of your choice</div>
</li>
<li class="level1"><div class="li"> from the menu <strong>Prescription/Search…</strong></div>
</li>
</ul>

<p>

The icon button always remembers you the selected method.
</p>

<p>
The search method is kept in memory and is automatically set at startup.
</p>

<p>
When you select <em>Search by INN</em> an additional view appears on the top of the drugs. This area displays the ATC classification.
</p>

<p>
Whatever method of research, the drug list is updated in real time.
</p>

<h2><a name="wildcards" id="wildcards">Wildcards</a></h2>

The character &#039;\%&#039; or &#039;*&#039; can replace, anywhere, any number of letters or numbers.
</p>

<p>
For example:
</p>
<ul>
<li class="level1"><div class="li"> &#039;FLEC*DE&#039; will show the complete list of drug like flecainide.</div>
</li>
<li class="level1"><div class="li"> &#039;*AMOX*tab&#039; will show all specialties named AMOX …. in tablet form.</div>
