FreeDiams allows you, during the prescription phase, to verify the adequacy between
the drug and the patient automatically. <br/>
The patient's data must be completed before prescribing. You can check this by clicking
on the ”+” located next to the entry line named patient.

FreeDiams can alert users about known drugs allergies and intolerances. This feature is useful when FreeDiams is connected to an external EMR or in its use inside FreeMedForms.
</p>
<p>
Drugs allergies and intolerances are noticed in the combo named “Patient precautions”. A different color can differentiate them quickly. The colors are configurable in the <a href="en/manuals/drugswidget/preferences.html" class="wikilink1" title="en:manuals:drugswidget:preferences">application preferences</a>.
</p>
<p>
Allergies and intolerances are recalled in the drug selector and in the prescription. A background color can differentiate them. These colors are configurable in the <a href="en/manuals/drugswidget/preferences.html" class="wikilink1" title="en:manuals:drugswidget:preferences">application preferences</a>. The tooltip recalls the type of care (allergy or intolerance).

Allergies and intolerances can be recalled in a docked window. Toggle this dock with <strong>Prescription/Toggle patient precautions</strong>.
