The mod_access_rbl checks the connecting clients` IP to be in the RBL of
<A HREF="http://mail-abuse.org/rbl">mail-abuse.org</A> and forbids access
if it is listed (an error message gets send back).

You can select the access method to the mail-abuse RBL with the
<A HREF="core.html#access_rbl">Access_RBL directive</A> in the server
configuration file; the "dns" one is much faster.
