margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify'>The Create Ellipsoid dialog box
contains the following sub-elements:</p>

<ul style='margin-top:0in' type=disc>
 <li class=MsoNormal style='margin-top:6.0pt;text-align:justify;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3;
     tab-stops:list .5in'><span class=GramE>a</span> Code field, in which you
     specify a new two-letter code for the new user-defined ellipsoid. This code
     cannot be the same as any code that is already used for another ellipsoid.</li>
 <li class=MsoNormal style='margin-top:6.0pt;text-align:justify;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3;
     tab-stops:list .5in'><span class=GramE>a</span> Name field, in which you
     specify a name for the new user-defined ellipsoid. The name may be any
     string.</li>
 <li class=MsoNormal style='margin-top:6.0pt;text-align:justify;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3;
     tab-stops:list .5in'><span class=GramE>a</span> Semi-Major Axis field, in
     which you specify the semi-major axis length for the new user-defined
     ellipsoid, as a positive integer value in meters.</li>
 <li class=MsoNormal style='margin-top:6.0pt;text-align:justify;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3;
     tab-stops:list .5in'><span class=GramE>an</span> Inverse Flattening field,
     in which you specify the inverse flattening for the new user-defined
     ellipsoid, as a positive integer value between 250 and 350.</li>
 <li class=MsoNormal style='margin-top:6.0pt;text-align:justify;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3;
     tab-stops:list .5in'><span class=GramE>a</span> Cancel button � which
     aborts ellipsoid creation and returns you to the main window.</li>
 <li class=MsoNormal style='margin-top:6.0pt;text-align:justify;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3;
     tab-stops:list .5in'><span class=GramE>an</span> OK button � which causes
     a new user-defined ellipsoid to be created using the specified parameter
     values.</li>
